2018 Bullet Journal

By on January 12, 2018

Happy New Year! 🙂

So. Before anything, a little recap of my first bullet journals (work and personal, as pictured below). 2017 has been more productive than it would have been otherwise without the help of my BuJo. I usually multi-task (even with my thought processes, so yes, I tend to overthink as well) so I tend to have a pretty short attention span and sometimes forget things. Flatlay Hack

flatlay hack

Would you believe that this photo is not an actual flatlay photo but a scan? Yup, this is actually a scanned photo, with the cover left open while scanning. I actually discovered this ‘hack’ by accident since I didn’t want to close the cover and squish the binding of my new hard cover sketch book. 😉

By the way, that is a Limelight sketch book. The quote was written using the some of the tools in my post about starting pointed pen calligraphy (Tachikawa T-40 nib holder, Brause Steno 361 “Blue Pumpkin” nib, and sumi ink); the quote itself is from the book Golden by Jessi Kirby. The designs on the side were done with various colored pens.
