Classic Tuna Spaghetti

There are literally hundreds or even thousands of spaghetti recipes in cyberspace. Just the same I want to share my simple version of tuna spaghetti which I learned (and tweaked) from my Tita’s recipe. Bragging aside, this is a hit with office mates and neighbors alike and I have been asked for the recipe more than once. Best thing is my daughter loves this, so I reckon it’s pretty much kid-friendly too. πŸ™‚

Classic Tuna Spaghetti recipe

The above recipe yields 3-5 servings depending upon the appetite of whoever are eating. πŸ˜‰

This is my most basic recipe so you can tweak it to suit your taste, make it sweeter or hotter or what-have-you. When I feel like it, I add mushrooms or sliced Vienna sausages or both. Or even some cream. Depends on my mood and whatever else is available in the kitchen.
