I watched this last week and until now, I am still hung up on the soundtrack. 😀
I watched this together with my daughter and now whenever she asks “Mommy, ‘ine (sine = movie)!” I make her watch the song numbers here. 😀 Better than letting her watch cartoons, and to instill a love of music in her too. 😉
On a related note, I am considering enrolling Francine in ballet lessons later (she’s just a year old at the moment) if she continues to show interest in dancing. I taught her to “ballet”, that is spin around on tiptoes with her hands up and she got it right on the first try. She even does splits, albeit still imperfectly at this point (even a flexible toddler has limits after all). And I swear she spontaneously breaks into fits of dancing whenever she hears dance-y music she likes or when her favorite commercials are on (think: to the left, to the right, umikot ng sabay-sabay!). I am one proud Mommy! 😀

I’ll give it another year before canvassing for ballet lessons. At present, she’s a fast learner but just like Mommy, she doesn’t much like being taught. 😛 But I could already picture her in a pink tutu. Sweet! 🙂

True! In fact the soundtrack is on loop and playing since this morning. 😀 I especially love their Finals mash-up. Oh, and I did not watch this on the big screen either. 😉
