I love burgers as much as the next person, but I often have trouble eating fast food burgers. Why? Because I am one picky eater and I do not eat veggies and I hate their burger sauce (that slightly sour ketchup-mayo sauce, blech). Give a plain bun-patty-cheese burger anytime, boring as that sounds.
So you can imagine my delight when I saw this Jollibee Cheesy Bacon Mushroom Champ on The Purple Doll. I mean, there’s none of the stuff I end up picking off my burger, and there’s bacon and mushroom! Yes please, thank you! 😀 So when our boss asked us what we want for dinner last night (we were working overtime), we got some of this baby delivered to the office. Behold:
Not as much bacon as I would have liked, still it is so good! So meaty and juicy, just like Thor himself. Haha. As I told my workmates, crush ko lang dati si Thor, pero matapos ito mahal ko na siya! 😀 The burger is so filling too (this has a 1/3-pound patty after all), so much that I wasn’t able to finish the fries. Just about perfect in my books! I wish Jollibee would include this in their regular menu. *hint hint*
But what’s Thor without his war hammer, Mjolnir? It’s gotta make an appearance too somewhere..

There it is! The Mjolnir 1GB USB flash drive. 😀 It’s P95 when you buy the Thor burger. I am so getting one next time I order! Btw, the burger alone costs P129, and the meal with fries and regular drinks P165.

I feel so baaaaad seeing the burger. Bumili ako niyan kahapon (to go) tapos i ate 1/3 kasi may frisbee game kami. Tpos dinala namin siya ulit for lunch kasi nga di naubos. Pero nung kumuha yung boyfie ko ng table, niligpit na ni kuya yung burger!!! Ayun, na disappoint ako. ::(

I love the burger so I can’t help but agree! And Mjolnir is actually not as teensy-cute in real life. It’s actually taller/longer than a credit card. 😀
