And so after trying out the four BB creams samples I got from eBay, I was able to tell which best suited my needs. And the winner is…

So why did I choose Missha out of the four? Skin79 is not an option, as both VIP Gold and Hot Pink have a grayish undertone that I do not like. As I mentioned in my other post, I really liked the SkinFood Mushroom BB cream. And truth be told, it gives me a “glow” that Missha lacks. But I tested the two side by side on my face last weekend and what I noticed was that the longer Missha stays on my face, the better my skin looks. After a few hours, my skin looked smoother and more healthy (this is what I really liked). It controlled the oilies much better too, keeping my skin dewy but not oily. The SkinFood on the other hand, sort of just melts or fades away and left my skin much oilier compared to Missha. That pretty much clinched the deal for me.
To my delight, the Missha is available in a smaller 20mL tube than the usual big-assed 50mL tube that most BB creams come in:

So yeah, that means it’s cheaper too. Hehe. Still oughtta last me several months as I was able to squeeze more than a week’s everyday use from the 1mL sample! I got a tube from the same seller from whom I got the samples, bhappywithme. Hopefully it’ll be here tomorrow or the day after. Can’t wait!
