I was up all night looking after Francine. Only got to sleep when Mama woke up around 4:00 AM. And so you could say I was knocked out and woke up late.
In fact, my cousin had to wake me up sometime after lunchtime because Francine almost has not slept at all this morning. Man, I feel really bad about that. 🙁 While I was sleeping my ass off, my daughter was fussing (this is a first) and sleeping but fitfully for some reason. They could not get her to sleep as soundly as she usually does.
So after having a glass of milk myself, I started breastfeeding her. She fussed initially but after a few moments quieted down and shortly fell asleep. She didn’t even wake up when I laid her down on the crib. And she’s still sleeping soundly up to now. 🙂
Only now was I able to really feel that she needs me. After several days of not being able to care for her as I want to, I can now provide for her. Now I really feel like her Mommy. 🙂

More like the coming years, hehe. My daughter just started with the training bras and I’m like, JEEZUS WTF. Surreal. Haha.
