Yes indeed, this baby is now mine! 😀 The seller will be shipping it tomorrow so hopefully it’ll get here the day after. And I also got the cover I want (JAVOedge Cherry Blossom Book Case in Twilight Purple) for pre-order. The seller said it should arrive by August 12 (too bad I didn’t make it to the August 5 delivery cut-off!) so it should be here in my grubby mitts in a coupla days or so after that.
Gosh, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning, all high and giddy! 😀 And I suppose that is quite apt, given that Christmas (and my birthday too for that matter) came early for me this year with this gift. Wasn’t it just a few days ago that I wrote that I’m getting an e-reader as a birthday+Christmas gift for myself? But it’s still July right now and I already am about to receive my gifts. And they’re not even from my lonesome. 😉
All I can say is, God does indeed answer prayers. And mine came in the form of this wonderful guy. And not just because he gave me this Kindle either. 😉 I love him so much! ♥

From the start of my lemming up to when it arrives here and everything, my Kindle is probably the most heavily documented Kindle that Amazon ever produced. 😛 Haha. Will surely post about its arrival here!

Hi! how about the ads? isnt that annoying?
The banner ads are displayed only in the Home screen, and at the bottom at that. Most of the time I don’t even notice. Does not get in the way of reading at all. The special offers screensavers are not bad either, they actually look great. 🙂
