I don’t know about you but I am not overly fond of queuing at the bank. As much as possible, I do my transactions via the BPI Express Mobile app. But for making deposits, I have no other option but to go and deposit my hard-earned money on the bank counter. Luckily, the nearest branch has an Express Deposit machine. However, if your branch doesn’t have one, fret not because there’s still a way to skip the long queue. All you’ll need is your BPI Express Online account. Here’s how:
- Log in to your BPI Express Online account. Then click on Branch Transactions.
- Choose Schedule an appointment then click OK.
- Select your Bank (BPI or BPI Family), City/Town and Branch, then Appointment Date and Appointment Time.
- Choose your Transaction Type from the drop-down menu.
- Input the Transaction Details and click Submit.
- Confirm your Transaction Details and click OK.
- A detailed view of your appointment would be shown. Double check and if nothing’s amiss, click Confirm.
- Take note of your Electronic Queue NumberΒ which you will use at the bank.
Note that for Withdrawal Transactions, you need to present a withdrawal slip at the Branch.
My transaction went smoothly earlier. I arrived at the bank around 12:15 and since I was unsure of the protocol, I asked the guard about the Electronic Queue Number. He directed me to a bank officer, who told me it would be called out along with the regular queue. To my relief, I waited only about a couple of minutes until I was called. Not bad. π
Hope this helps! π
good thing may ganyan na ngayon… I remember the long queue at the bank’s counter and rejecting us at “preferred clients only” counter is the main reason we made the big SWITCH to other bank. Hehe! Babaw.
Seriously? Lol. If I may ask, what bank did you switch to? Did it turn out better with queues? π
serious. i’ll make a bit of kwento… alam ko kasi preferred client kami sa branch na yun kasi yun sabi ng boss ko, so dun ako pumila. tapos nung turn ko na (mahaba haba din ang pinila ko at ako na ang last). tapos sabi ng teller “di po kayo preferred client”. ganun ganun lang. so pila ulit ako sa regularlane. kaya pagkatapos ko sa bank nagsumbong ako sa boss ko with matching paguudyok na lumipat na kami ng ibang bank. metrobank kami unang lumipat, better but not best. tapos ngayon bdo na kami. so far ok ang service. di kami pumipila. hehe
Whoa, me ganun talaga? π May BDO account din ako, pero regular savings lang din so pila-pila pa rin kapag may transactions. Ang dami pa naman tao lagi so tagal ng pila, fill up pa ng slip so downtime din. Kaya mas convenient sa kin sa BPI ngayon. π
We have BPI personal account din (but not on that particular branch), kaya pila din kami kung kailangan, pero di na madalas (pinapasuyo ko na lang sa mga transactions ko na over the counter). Haha! π

Wow! This is really helpful! Thank you for sharing (:
Glad to have helped! Thanks for visiting. π
Wow, I’m not aware of this online service that they have. It will be very efficient. Thanks for posting the process. π

Glad to know you appreciate the services of BPI. I used to be with the Head office and I am proud to have been a part of this institution.
Indeed, I find BPI has the most efficient service system among the local banks. I’m glad I made the switch from another popular bank. π
