For the second time during this challenge, I used my phone’s camera instead of my DSLR to take a photo. The excuse this time: I did not have the camera on hand when the photo opportunity presented itself. That’s a valid reason, yes? After all, the challenge (though specific about the camera to be used) aims to improve photography skills, which is not supposed to be limited to the type of camera to be used. At least, that’s how I perceive it. 😉 Digression aside, the said photo opportunity presented itself during my Puerto Galera trip and I did not bring my camera since I wanted to enjoy the trip as opposed to just looking for scenic views and good angles to take nice photos. Sue me.
So. Reflection. Aside from the literal meaning of the word captured by the sun’s reflection on the water, that particular trip had me reflecting (in the figurative sense) as well. Especially during this moment:
I would have used a photo of the moon reflected on the water, but unfortunately I can only capture it with words and not in a photograph.
Parang meron talagang self-introspection trigger ang sunset. I get that same feeling.
There’s really something about sunsets…
Hahah, lakas maka-emo 😛
That’s a good photo. If I’ll have the chance to collect photos I’ll collect beautiful sunrise and sunset photos,
