I have my Kindle for a month and a few days now. Must make a review one of these days. Anywho, here are some of the books I have read and finished on it:

Hmmm… Just nine books in a month? Too few for my liking and normal pace. But I got no choice since I can only read during stolen moments when Francine is asleep at night.

There are lots of books on queue on my reading list. I have started on some of them, but got bored so switched to other books. And I still keep on switching between these books. πŸ˜› Here are those books I have started andΒ want to must finish sometime before the end of the century:

Here are other books on my to-read list which I have not started with yet:

Truth be told, no book has yet caught my interest for more than a few passing minutes since The Hunger Games Trilogy. You know, the kind which, a few pages or chapters into it, and you find yourself hooked and looking forward to the next chapter and simultaneously anticipating and dreading the ending since it will mean you know how things played out but then are left wanting more. I kinda miss that. Can you relate to that feeling? Am I making any sense?

Any book recommendation/s?

    1. Bragging aside, that rate is still pretty slow for me sis. 😐 At my most reading-addicted period, I could finish a whole novel in a day so theoretically I could finish 30 novels in a month if I had that much unread books. πŸ˜›

  1. I been to that addiction before……But lately most of the books I am reading are inspirational and self help ek ek….my reading materials are evolving…..sign of aging??? hehehe not naman lack of time lang to read (defensive)…….

    1. I read some self-help books from time to time, but in general I prefer fiction since it requires me only to think as opposed to “inspirational” books which require me to move and act. πŸ˜› Lazy much?

  2. Oooh! I also want to read Ms. Pregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children! =D I hope I’ll find time to read it soon. I’ve read a book review on it and it really piqued my interest. Is it really good?

I’m just wondering, did you get your Kindle from Kris? I’ve seen most of the books above on her Dropbox. πŸ˜‰

    Happy reading! =)

    1. I have not yet gone back to reading Ms. Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children so I can’t give you any feedback yet. As it is, despite the unfinished books above, I still started and finished yet another book not listed in here, Nicholas Sparks’ The Lucky One. And now I am starting Stieg Larsson’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Fickle much? πŸ˜›

And yeah, I got my Kindle from Kris. You did too? πŸ™‚

      1. Oh nice! I’m reading with several books myself…pretty much the same ones you mentioned above. Hehe. Happy reading!

Yes, I did get mine from Kris too! =)
